Mar 04, 2025The ALE Softphone application, created by Alcatel-Lucent, is specifically designed for a digital work environment. It allows users to make and receive calls on a digital platform using 4G/5G and WiFi networks from anywhere. These calls are authenticated by specialized SBC equipment.
The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise SoftPhone (ALE SoftPhone) application is compatible with various platforms, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones (iOS and Android).
The ALE Softphone application offers advanced SIP phone features and is managed by the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise system.
- Powerful and intuitive app: Direct dial pad, user phone status, contacts search, voicemail, audio device status, organized in comprehensive columns. Contacts standalone or sync with Microsoft Outlook/Office 365.
- Advanced business phone features: Groupware, Multi-line, make/receive second call, merge or forward, three-way conference, mute, hands-free, DTMF support.
- Group call monitoring and receiving: Monitoring keys, shortcut keys, prefix keys, direct numbering, instant forwarding, etc. Adjust the view according to user preferences.
- Rich Call History: Keep track of incoming, outgoing, and missed calls with time-stamped information and easy access to call back.
- Enhance user conversations with high-quality video using intuitive PC (peer-to-peer) communication.

The ALE Softphone application has been approved by OKI Vietnam for deployment and installation for each user in the factory, providing access to all the necessary features and superior capabilities of this application.
