PROJECT OVERVIEW
Marking an important step in the development of a comprehensive resort ecosystem combining entertainment, leisure and Japanese-inspired culinary experiences in Da Nang, Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa – Phase 2 is expected to officially commence operations in Q1 2027. The project includes a 15-storey hotel building with a height of 63 meters and a 14-villa complex with a dedicated reception lobby.
Upon completion, the new hotel building will complement the existing 22-storey hotel, together creating the distinctive “crescent moon” shape that has become a signature symbol of the Mikazuki Group.
NEC – REDSTONE SOLUTION INTEGRATION
In September 2026, TSM was officially appointed as the solution provider and system integrator for Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa – Phase 2. The project includes a multi-level Auto Attendant and call routing solution utilizing an E1 Gateway on REDSTONE’s IP-based platform, a voice communication system for the operator area, as well as the supply of 150 AEI SGR-9106-S SIP hotel telephones for guest rooms and villas.

With its high level of integration, the NEC – REDSTONE solution implemented by TSM is designed to ensure seamless connectivity and compatibility with the customer’s existing NEC UNIVERGE SV9300 system.
The solution enables the customer to maximize the use of its existing telecommunications infrastructure while providing greater flexibility, scalability, and efficiency in the operation, management, and utilization of the voice communication system.
This deployment represents another important milestone, further demonstrating TSM’s capabilities in delivering and integrating IP communications solutions, PBX systems, and specialized hotel telephony equipment for high-end hotel and resort projects across Vietnam.
