After TSM© Trading and Technical Services Joint Stock Company gained trust and appreciation from the Project Owner when implementing the expansion of the switchboard system for the Villas area in phase 1. , The owner continues to assign T&C responsibility for all related information systems to TSM company to implement, ensuring the systems meet Meliá International’s international conditions and standards for operation and exploitation.
Systems and services provided by TSM© include:
– Configuration and integration of the NEC UNIVERGE SV9500SE system with hotel features, tailored to the needs of Meliá International operators.
– Provision of JDS WINPAC GATEWAY and WINPAC VOICE communication software, integrated with OPERA PMS and NEC UNIVERGE SV9500SE hotel management software.
– Supply of Xtend IP recording software for the Guest Service Line (GSL) department.
– Provision of NEC Business ConneCT Operator application software, along with communication to JDS WINPAC for the customer care department.
– Implementation progress: Completed before October 18, 2024.
