Building on the success of Voco Ma Belle Danang, Voco Quang Binh Resort is poised to become a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. The resort’s systems, provided and tested by TSM©, include:
- Provide and integrate the Alcatel•Lucent switchboard system with requested hotel features for the IHG operator.
- Provide FCS GATEWAY software and FCS VOICE communication software to integrate with OPERA PMS and Alcatel•Lucent hotel management software.
- Implementation progress: Complete and instruct on how to use and operate the system before December 30, 2024
