Aug 12, 2025After the successful implementation of the CCIS over IP connection solution on the NEC Univerge SV9100 platform for 6 Acecook factories in Vietnam, TSM © is proud to have been chosen as the unified communications (UC) solution provider for Redstone Systems (USA) for their 12th Acecook factory in Vinh Long. The project is expected to be completed and operational by October 2025.
The REX1000-2AC platform has been selected for this project, which will allow for expansion to 1000 SIP subscribers and 1000 SIP trunks, making it suitable for large enterprise environments.
The system and solution provided includes:
– 1 x IP-PBX Redstone REX1000-2AC – 270 x SIP Phones Redstone REP1300
– 2 x SIP Phones Redstone REP1542
– 1 x 16-port SIM Gateway
– 1 x IP Recording Software RMS (OM-RECORDING)
– Software license package for inter-station connection between NEC platform and Redstone Systems.

# Acecook Vinh Long Factory Project is the 12th factory of Acecook built in Vietnam with a total investment of up to 200 million USD in the Mekong Delta region. This place will produce instant products such as: noodles, vermicelli, pho, rice vermicelli, hu tieu with a total scale of up to 17 production lines; expected to attract over 3,000 local workers.
