The Operator’s operations include receiving and forwarding calls, as well as a recording feature that allows for booking calls on various terminals, such as analog phones, SIP phones, WiFi SIP phones, SIP-DECT phones, and Softphone applications. This feature uses the Active Recording method, which differs from the Passive Recording method used by other companies’ IP-PBX platforms. In addition to traditional TDM interfaces, the system also fully integrates with other communication applications on the IP platform, such as video conferencing and instant messaging.
Redstone switchboard lines for hotel environments (REX200/REX500/REX1000/REX8000) all have PMS features that allow connection to popular middleware (PMSi- PMS Interface) such as JDS, FCS, CHAR to communicate with any third-party hotel management system (PMS) such as Fidelio OPERA PMS, RMS PMS, DJUBO, SMILE PMS… Redstone switchboard system (IP-PBX) provides full hotel functions such as:
