Redstone PBX system caters to the communication needs of hotel operators and offers solutions for their daily operations. The Operator’s operations include receiving and forwarding calls, as well as a recording feature that allows for booking calls on various terminals, such as analog phones, SIP phones, WiFi SIP phones, SIP-DECT phones, and Softphone applications. This feature uses the Active Recording method, which differs from the Passive Recording method used by other companies’ IP-PBX platforms. In addition to traditional TDM interfaces, the system also fully integrates with other communication applications on the IP platform, such as video conferencing and instant messaging.
