The Brother Vietnam factory has trusted the NEC PBX system for their enterprise environment since the first days of opening. The NEC PBX generations have evolved from the NEC NEAX 2400IPX (Dual Mode) to the NEC UNIVERGE SV8300 (Dual Mode & Fail-over IP) and now the NEC UNIVERGE SV9500SE series, providing reliable and comprehensive communication solutions. This system is available 24/7.
A comprehensive upgrade of the entire communications system began in late 2024 to convert the current TDM digital signal circuit switching platform into a Full IP platform.
The fully upgraded system includes:
– Equipped with hot standby mechanism (GEO – Redundancy) for the existing NEC SV9500SE switchboard system
– Replace all 500 analog terminals into NEC SIP GT210 phones.
– Ensure inter-station connection via CCIS-Over-IP protocol in the WAN network system
– Equipped with a multi-channel, multi-layer automatic answering system via SIP protocol
– Equipped with a 32-channel SIP Voice Server system for Music on Hold, Multi-party Conference, Announcement Service, Three-Way Calling features.
– The entire system is provided by TSM© with a professional warranty service for a period of 5 years. This includes hardware and system software copyright, application copyright, and user copyright, all under designated authorization from NEC RUC (Malaysia)
