Jan 02, 2025TSM © has been selected to become the unified communications (UC) solution provider of Redstone (USA) for a new Chinese factory being invested in the Vietnamese market and this project will project It is expected to be handed over, accepted and put into operation in February 2025.
This is Redstone’s IP switchboard system with the first largest installed capacity recorded in Vietnam so far.
The selected REX1000-UC platform can expand to accommodate 1000 SIP subscribers and 1000 SIP trunks, making it suitable for enterprises with 500+ employees. The system offers a full range of unified communications features, including voice, video, and messaging capabilities:
– Voice/Video Call.
– Broadcast voice messages (Voice Message Broadcast).
– Fax Over IP.
– Record SIP trunks and SIP terminals,
– Mobile subscribers using UC Cloud (Newlync)
– 1+1 redundancy mechanism for central controller.
– 1+1 backup mechanism for DC/DC-48V power supply.
