Aug 12, 2025In 2025, the entire SOJO Hotels chain will officially transition to an international operating partner, Hilton Group, under the new brand Tru by Hilton. This marks an important milestone in our sustainable development strategy, elevating the SOJO Hotels brand and providing customers with international standard experiences.
One of the standards of the global Hilton group is to utilize the ResMax program, a premium reservation service provided by Hilton Reservations & Customer Care (HRCC). When guests call to book a room directly with the hotel, the call is automatically transferred to the ResMax team of experts who are professionally trained and handle the call as if they were at the hotel.
The Hilton Group requested the integration of the ResMax system with 14 NEC Univerge Series switchboard systems at SOJO Hotel, and this request was sent to NEC RUC (Malaysia). TSM © is the only unit with the necessary capacity and experience to perform and deploy technical services as required by the Hilton Group in Vietnam.
The powerful features of the NEC Univerge Series platform, combined with its flexible integration with ResMax, have brought significant value to the operation of TRU by Hilton.
