It offers full functionality for both performances and rehearsals, as well as auxiliary, service, management, and control functions. The facility is modern and meets all necessary standards, making it a professional institution for performing arts that serves the public. It will bring a new and vibrant addition to the city’s landscape, and serve as a significant highlight for the development of arts and culture. Additionally, it will utilize the latest technology, contributing to the socio-economic growth and beautification of Hanoi.
The communication system is an essential component of this project. After careful consideration, the investor and general contractor have selected the NEC Univerge SV9100 switchboard system from Japan. This system is known for its durability, high compatibility, and ability to connect with various peripheral equipment.

# Youth Theater (Facility 2) is situated on a 6,724 m2 plot of land and consists of 5 aboveground floors and 3 underground floors. The theater boasts 2 stages of varying sizes: a large stage with 920 seats and a smaller stage with 327 seats.
