The RGW48 is a reliable, cost-effective, high-performance VoIP gateway with up to 48 FXS/FXO ports, designed to meet the needs of high-traffic contact center and enterprise applications. The feature-rich RGW48 allows users to consolidate analog phones, fax machines, and POS terminals, configurable with up-to-full concurrency over SIP trunks and the PSTN.

The RGW8 is designed as a compact unit with 4, or 8 FXS/FXO ports, 1 WAN port and 1 PC port (both are 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports), which allows users to apply it as an All-in-One system capable of providing versatile solutions by connecting analog phone, fax and POS machine, IP telephony and PSTN.

The RGW4 is designed as a compact unit with 2, or 4 FXS/FXO ports, 1 WAN port and 1 PC port (both are 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports), which allows users to apply it as an All-in-One system capable of providing versatile solutions by connecting analog phone, fax and POS machine, IP telephony and PSTN.

REX500 IP-PBX provides versatile solutions containing voice/video call, voice message broadcast, Fax, call recording, mobile extensions to fulfil an enterprise with 500 employees. The REX500 can connect IMS of operator, and provide multiple models with different combinations of FXO and FXS ports. The high availability featuring primary-standby, dual-redundant Gigabit-Ethernet port and dual AC/DC power supplies allows the REX500 to be applied in many scenarios which are highly sensitive to reliability.

REX200 is a highly integrated hybrid IP-PBX with up to 200 analog and/or IP extensions. Due to its high-performance and XML/HTTP based API, it is a cost effective solution for mid-size contact center with up to 60 agents as well. Powered by innovative VoIP technology from Redstone, the REX200 provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP voice stations.

REX20 is an All-in-One telephony systems. It provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP terminals. Using VoIP, REX20 supports inter-office calls over the Internet or VPN.

REX50 is an All-in-One telephony systems. It provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP terminals. Using VoIP, REX50 supports inter-office calls over the Internet or VPN.
